Natik Musaev is Chairman and Group Managing Director of Charles Booth Group of companies, one of the leading research companies in the UK and operating internationally.
Born to a well-known intellectual family in Georgia, Mr.Musaev attended the private lyceum in Baku. He then went on to study to the UK and obtained a degree in Research Methods with Distinction from the City, University of London and in Philosophy and Public Policy at the London School of Economics (LSE)
He began his professional career after graduation from bachelor’s degree as a young researcher with the leading research centre in the Caucasus region and successively was promoted to various executive management positions before becoming Head of Country Group (Europe & Asia-Pacific) in 2019.
He holds vast experience in advising public and private sector clients in both international and national projects on a wide range of themes and an outstanding track record as a policy advisor to the international financing institutions and national public sector clients such as ministries.
Mr. Musaev remained there until 2023 and was appointed of Caucasus Holding (formerly known as Musaev Holding) (his family holding company), when he undertook the reorganisation of the family holding company as he embarked upon a strategy of developing one of the leading companies in the region of CIS.
In 2024, Mr. Musaev became the Chairman and Group Managing Director of Charles Booth Group of companies, carrying on the legacy of the renowned British social reformer and philanthropist Charles Booth in the contemporary era.
